Ehh--Not Technically Accurate
Listing was not completely accurate. Lists as 6 bedrooms with 4 kings and 3 double sofa beds. It was actually 4 bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen), the 2 sofa beds were in the game room and had to be moved to use them due to the pool table. They weren't big enough for 2 adults (more of a loveseat size). The 3rd sofa bed was in the living room sectional, size was fine. No linens for the sofa beds. No blankets/extra blankets or extra pillows onsite. Towels were very small & no wash cloths. No hot water in the shower of the primary bathroom. Dogs were left in the detached garage and barked the whole time we were present. Cleanliness wasn't up to my standards and dated décor throughout. Communication was 100% & appreciated; very accommodating with our request to enter the property early since we were attending a wedding in Alvin. Hot tub was nice and warm as requested.

My 45th pool party
I had amazed time, the house was clean and beautiful. The owner came over and introduced himself told if need anything to let him know. I wish i would told him earlier to warm up the pool and jacuzzi. So we could enjoyed earlier that day but it eventually got warm and i went for swim.

Really great
This place was really great! Since it was a for a wedding the host let us in two hours earlier than listed online. Everything was clean and just what we needed. It was a last minute venue and it was wonderful. The host was so kind and helpful.

hidden spot in the country
This is a very nice house with new furnishings. There is lots of parking. Place is a little hard to find, behind a tall new fence and around the corner, not visible from the road. Good size pool is clean and well maintained. We could not find how to turn the pool light on, but there is good exterior patio lighting. Bring bug spray and sunscreen. Bring your own towels; there are bath towels only . Sleeping accommodations are 2 pull out twin couches, 1 pull out queen size couch, 1 non-pull out sofa, a large recliner, and 4 large bedrooms. There are clean pillows, sheets, and blankets for the beds, but not for the pull outs; bring your own. 2 full baths with shower or tub. All floors on ground story are tile and can be slick when wet. Bring shower shoes/flip flops. This is also important because there was no broom or mop so if a glass bottle is dropped, there is risk of stray glass which is hard to clean up with towel. Kitchen is stocked with several different kinds of pans, dishes, cutlery, but quantity is limited. Definitely bring your own if you have a large group. Bring your own trash bags, but plenty of trash receptacles on property. The grill is a charcoal or pellet fed affair, not propane. We had charcoal and it worked great for us, but if you are expecting propane, don't. The TV is incredibly large. However, there is no installed stereo to drive speakers outside. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for music at the pool or patio. Inside, the TV can receive music channels.

Birthday pool celebration
We had a great time during our stay. There were a few glitches with the pool lights, but Kris was very accessible and took care of it promptly. Anything I needed Kris was readily available. Thank you for being available all weekend. I will most certainly be looking forward to coming back.

Not what I expected
No.1 reason I chose this place was the heated pool. I asked ahead of time about heated pool for my grandson. They confirmed. Pool was not heated only jacuzzi. Never heated up.TV and pillows were brought in after check in. Freezer was dirty.The description said 5 bedrooms. Only four actual bdrooms. Outdoor sunroom screen broken, pool table pockets torn. lights at pool tabel did not work. TV missing in one of the bedrooms. Broken glass on entry door. Taped up with clear tape.Construction of a house being built out back. We made the best of it since it was my daughters bday. Saw housekeeper and other men out back in RV. Expected more privacy.
