"Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Asked for an assessable room as I use a mobility scooter. The room was ideal but we didn’t have a balcony or patio which we had booked which was disappointing. Used the pool which was quite cold and was very deep, no shallow end. We had breakfast included ..."
