Surrounded by natural beauty! The Space: This chalet-style cabin is located in the beautiful Sun Valley Subdivision, which offers larger lot sizes and more natural room to roam. You'll enjoy wide-open views of the Sierra Blanca and the mountain range from the property and the picture windows! This newly updated cabin is bright and cheery, furnished with newer furnishings as well. There is a master king bedroom with en suite, plus a second bedroom with two twin beds on the ground floor. Soaring vaulted ceilings lead to another spacious master bedroom with en suite and one queen and one twin bed. The living area offers a large rock wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights to warm by the fireside. For added comfort during warmer months, the cabin is equipped with three portable air conditioning units.This cabin has been well appointed and the attention to detail will ensure you enjoy a wonderful mountain stay at this property! CHRISTMAS POLICY: Reservations during the Christmas holiday require a minimum stay of 4 nights. Reservations cannot begin or end on December 25 or January 1\. New reservations cannot create single-night gaps. No cancellations or changes are allowed 30 days before your scheduled arrival. CANCELLATIONS CHRISTMAS POLICY: For reservations during the Christmas Holiday, there will be a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights. With less than 14 days’ notice, but greater than 7 days’ notice, we will refund 50% of your deposit less the cancellation fee\*. Less than 7 days’ notice, but greater than 48 hours’ notice, we will refund 25% of your deposit less the cancellation fee\*. If you give us less than 48 hours’ notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost. Any reservation 30 days or longer will require a 30-day notice to cancel. SPECIAL EVENTS CANCELATION POLICY: Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc., require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE to cancel for a full refund less the cancellation fee\*.
