This 5-room house offers a spacious living area of 95 square meters with a living/dining room that features a veranda with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, satellite TV with international channels (flat screen), a CD player, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. The veranda is accessible from the living/dining area. The house has two rooms, each with a french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), and one room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The kitchen is well-equipped with two hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, two gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and Dolce Gusto capsules for the coffee machine (extra). There is also a small dining table in the kitchen. The house has one shower/WC room.

The house is equipped with oil heating, terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a box-room. It offers beautiful panoramic views of the countryside.
