The property offers a shared fenced garden, lawn for sunbathing, and a seasonal swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th) with an internal staircase, a children's pool, an outdoor shower, and a children's playground. Additionally, it features modern amenities such as Internet Wifi, Parking facilities, and the option for an Installment Plan for your holiday rental.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 3-room apartment of 154 square meters on the 3rd floor of the Jardines de Altea Hills property. The apartment features an open living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, leading out to a terrace. There are two bedrooms, each with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. One of the bedrooms has a bath/bidet/WC, while the other has access to a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is furnished with comfortable and beautiful furnishings. It offers electric heating, which is available only from November 1st to April 30th. Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. There is also a reserved parking space (roofed, suitable for one small car) on A7\. Outdoor facilities include a large balcony, a large terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs. The apartment also features a covered balcony.

The apartment offers a beautiful distant view of the sea and the resort. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. The property is ideal for a vacation with a maximum capacity of 4 people, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
