Villa Carola with private swimming pool and hydromassage tub just a few minutes from the sea, located in Contrada Chiesazza Sperone 27 snc, 700 meters from Lido Sporting, Lido Capannina, 800 meters from the town of Altavilla and 1,000 meters from the town of San Nicola .  
  
In the area there are numerous restaurants (Saccharum Pizzeria, Il Covo del Brigante, Il Nespolo, Maccarrone, Balistreri) etc.  
  
The very elegant Villa furnished in a modern style, offers air-conditioned accommodation, wifi, living rooms with TV, equipped kitchens, washing machine, fridge, oven, comfortable terraced balconies, covered terraces, two parking spaces.  
  
The Villa is made up of two floors separated by a door which can be opened if necessary and the floors communicate with each other.  
  
On the first floor there are 8 beds including 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and a bridge wardrobe with 2 single beds), kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms.  
  
On the ground floor there are 6 beds (1 double bedroom, 1 small room, 2 places with a queen-size bed, and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed), an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, 1 of which is in the bedroom).  
  
Both villas, together with the other villa opposite inhabited by the owners, will be able to enjoy free access to the swimming pool and enjoy the enormous solarium with the hydromassage tub, deckchairs, external showers, garden furniture available  
  
This property offers a private outdoor space with a private pool, hot tub, garden, terraces, barbecue and outdoor shower.
