The room was very comfortable and had a good amount of space, would for sure recommend over staying in a traditional hotel room. The breakfast spread was very good and came with more than enough food and great coffee to top it off. Very close to down town area with plenty of dining and shopping. Short drive to all the great things to do outdoors. Customer service is top notch. Ayant réservé en dernière minute via une plate-forme tiers, il a été impossible de joindre un membre de l'équipe tant par le téléphone, par whatsapp que par la messagerie du voyagiste... Arrivé sur place, pas de réception ouverte en basse saison... aucune indication pour la chambre... avec difficulté (et ayant réalisé le check-in en ligne), quelqu'un finit par nous téléphoner (après plus de 30 minutes sur place pour trouver une solution). L'employé qui vient ouvrir ne parlant que allemand, heureusement que les téléphones ont des applications de traduction. Le petit-déjeuner est basique mais correct. Après toutes ces déceptions, nous avons eu la surprise de recevoir un mail nous demandant de payer une facture... d'une chambre déjà payée... au final, un manque total de professionnalisme... dommage..."
