It was later used as a residential apartment and now its been renovated into more a modern space above "The Old Polish Corner" Restaurant (Open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11 am-10 pm featuring a full menu and bar)Serving up authentic Polish cuisine & and American classics. Centrally located and will make a great place to enjoy all Alpena has to offer. \*\*This is a 2nd story space\*\* Parking is walking distance. The space This unique listing is above a Polish Restaurant and Bar, which is currently undergoing renovation which should be opening fall of 2022\. The unit was originally a beauty salon and was turned in to residential living at some point in its 135 year history! We pulled out the dropped celing and gave the place a major face-lift. Its not perfect but we are pretty proud of it. A great location with in walking distance to all of what downtown Alpena has to offer. And just down the road from world famous Nowicki's Sausage Shoppe! Guest access The entire 2 bedroom apartment less the utility room which is locked from guest access. Other things to note It is upstairs, so expect to navigate a floor of stairs. Parking can be tricky there is space to unload next to the stairs and a full parking lot at the end of the block.
