Superb airy modern house .Spectacular views from the wrap around balconies.  
Quiet location yet juist a 5 min walk into the vibrant old village with many shops, bars and restaurants . Designated parking spot for a smaller car outside the house .Only 5 mins by car from the port of Patitiri .  
Beautiful garden with seas views for outside dining and relaxing .Out door shower.  
Modern open plan living dining and kitchen area with super kitchen with a dishwasher .  
Utility room with Sink wc and washing machine .Balcony with shade and sea views.   
Upper floor is 2 bedrooms main bedroon has a king bed , air con , mossie nets , balacony from french doors.Second bedroom is 2 single beds that can be made a double air con mossie nets balcony through french doors .Bathroom has sink wc and shower .  
20 min walk to the closest beach or 5 min drive . Good acces to walking trails close by .  
Old village has a bus linking to Patitiri in the summer months.Mini market and bakeryjust a 5 min walk .
