Property Summary  
Casa Bella is a beautiful and comfortable apartment complex located in the charming town of Almuñécar, Spain. Built in 1974 and renovated in 2021, this property offers a prime location just 10 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the beach, perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday rental. The complex features a shared angular swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm), available seasonally from June 15 to September 15, complete with a WC area, outdoor shower, and a lift for added convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
Enjoy the stunning outdoor spaces that Casa Bella has to offer. Soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool during the summer months. Relax in the pool area or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the nearby pebble beach "Velilla", just 10 meters away. The complex's south-facing position ensures plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

The Velilla is a 3-room apartment that spans an area of 86 square meters and has a south-facing position. The living/dining room is furnished with a digital TV, international TV channels, and forced-air heating, and it provides access to a terrace. One bedroom features two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, along with electric heating. The second bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 150 cm wide and 190 cm long, also with electric heating, and it has an exit to the terrace.

The apartment includes a well-appointed kitchen with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also features air conditioning. Other amenities comprise a shower/WC, a large terrace with furniture, a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Additionally, free WiFi internet access is available.
