Ideal for a family escapes, the 85 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV in the living and in each room. A high chair is also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace and a balcony where you can watch the sunrise and sunset over the Mediterranean. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 62m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 330m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 179m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 456m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 78m Playa De La Herradura. Walking/driving distance to airport: Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport 82.2km. It's in a great area for scuba diving, water sports, walking and hiking trails. The property is close to Granada to visit the Alhambra as well as Malaga where you can also visit the Nerva caves. We do not accept bookings of more than 28 nights. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. No smoking. Parties are prohibited. Parking under request for July and August with an extra charge. During winter, parking on the street at the door of the apartment is usually available. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
