A/C, Satellite, Solar awnings, BBQ, breathtaking sea views, several terraces, chill out & outside diner areas, 1 parking lot The spectacular infinity pool area, surrounded by pine trees with premium views on the bay, is perfectly furnished to fully enjoy Carpe Diem Casa is a quality house which provides modern and spacious spaces, with a breath-taking panoramic view of La Herradura Bay from the prestigious urbanization La Punta de la Mona. Carpe Diem Casa is the ideal spot for the guest at any time of the year to relax and enjoy the wonderful Costa Tropical weather. At the entry level, the air conditioner living room as the heart of the house, is one of the architectural highlights of Casa Carpe Diem, and offers three different spaces. From the cosy seating arrangement in front of the fireplace, the outstanding dining table that sits eight to the enjoyable seating arrangement in front of the TV, it allows a fantastic bay view through the enormous picture windows. The horizon seems within one's reach, bringing enjoyment and light. From the living you have access to one of the terraces with a chill-out area, the BBQ, and an outside table that sits eight persons. There is an awning to protect you from the sun while eating and the views are truly spectacular. There is also an access to the pool and garden from the living room, and a shower room at this level The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts. The dinner table in the kitchen seats 5, and the kitchen island sits two and is very convenient for meal preparing.. There are several access to the garden and terraces, and from the kitchen you also have access to the garden and to a wonderful terrace with outside furniture to have an informal meal. On the lower floor, the house has 4 air conditioned bedrooms, each with a spectacular sea view. The spacious master bedroom offers the most spectacular view, has its own private bath, and has direct access to the infinity pool and garden. There is a third shower room in this floor The pool area and the landscaping of the gardens around Carpe Diem Casa provides a Mediterranean flair and protects privacy. Cypres, citrus trees, and olive trees but also jasmine, lavender, geraniums, and rosemary flank this contemporary home and highlight the typical atmosphere of the region. The large terrace at the infinity pool is the ideal spot for sunbathing in any of its six hammocks, or to enjoy its outside seating area with the mesmerising views of the bay of La Herradura. The views, the pool, the bedrooms and living areas and kitchen were perfect. The best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental: spices, sharp knives, white and red wine glasses and champagne flutes, and plenty of dishes. The host left a generous welcome basket. The outdoor spaces were very comfortable. We rented the house intending to spend full days there and not leave and we were not disappointed. Perfectly sited with spectacular views of the Herradura Bay, it was spacious, comfortable, attractively furnished, well appointed and maintained and provided with all the necessary equipment and utensils. The swimming pool was very attractive and larger than we anticipated. There were several outside areas in which to have a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery and dine al fresco. The house was well positioned in a quiet location but within 5 minutes drive/20 minutes walk of the delightful village of Herradura, although it was a steep climb back. Patricia was very helpful, easy to contact and welcoming, with a generous welcome basket on arrival. Altogether a charming experience and a very enjoyable holiday. (A minor caveat, the front door locking mechanism may be unfamiliar to UK visitors so make sure you carefully read the instructions Patricia has provided). ##### Andrew W. After postponing twice because of the pandemic, we finally spent two weeks at Casa Rama del Olivo in September 2021\. The villa is well located, has amazing views from both inside and outside, is clean, spacious and excellently equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is private and well screened from the neighbours. Patricia is an excellent and responsive host and the information book for the villa and La Herradura was very helpful. La Herradura is a super resort, we found some excellent restaurants and would have no hesitation rebooking this villa in the future. Thank you Patricia! ##### John M. The whole holiday was absolutely incredible with the villa being far better than the pictures tell.. It’s usually the other way round I have found in the past.. There is everything at the house you could possibly need and we thoroughly enjoyed our two week holiday there..The pool area was well used by us all and had lots of fun in and out of the pool. Our favourite part of the house was the outside dining area which is on the same level as the main living area. The views were amazing and we spent most mornings and evenings enjoying them. Patricia the owner has also been amazing with how she dealt us keep having to change dates etc due to Covid.. I highly recommend this villa and we will most definitely return. ##### Richard S. We had an absolutely fabulous stay here in La Herradura, the house was perfect, clean, spacious, had everything we needed (like the abundance of towels was perfect for our big family) and had a fantastic view of the sea and the best sunsets. Patricia was extremely helpful for any questions we had, and it really made our stay all the better. We would definitely love to come back, as it was situated in an ideal location to visit the bigger cities around us. ##### Victoria v.
