ENGLISH: House in urbanization located in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, just 650 meters from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, with a shower and a bathroom with a toilet. It has a kitchen, living room, dining room and a pleasant terrace with chairs and a table. The house is fully equipped: dishes, pans, fridge, washing machine, sheets, towels, dryer, TV, sofa, built-in wardrobe. It has a community pool. It has direct access to the street. Easy parking at the door of the house. The town of Cabo de Gata has supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The house is approximately 20 minutes from Almería International Airport. It is also close to El Toyo, approximately 15 minutes, a pub and entertainment area. In addition, other activities available in the area are kayaking, cycling, hiking, diving, as well as good routes for jogging or running. The Cabo de Gata beach is sandy and has a lifeguard service, showers and disabled access.  
Ideal for family vacations, groups or a romantic getaway.

House in a residential area situated in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata, only 650 meters (2132.55 feet) away from the beach. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (toilet, washbasin and shower) and a toilet (washbasin and toilet). Kitchen, living room, dining room and a nice terrace provided with a table and chairs. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and tableware, pans, fridge, washing machine, towels, sheets, hair dryer, TV, sofa, and a fitted wardrobe. There is a community swimming-pool. Direct access from the street and easy parking right outside the house. The town of Cabo de Gata has supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The house is approximately 20 minutes away from the International airport of Almería and approximately 15 minutes away from El Toyo, perfect for going out to pubs and entertainment. Moreover, other nice activities are also available in the area such as: kayak, cycling, hiking, diving and nice routes for running. Cabo de Gata is a sandy beach and offers lifeguard service, showers, and disabled access. Great for a family holiday, groups or a romantic getaway.
