Borgo Allerona is a meticulously restored and renovated old country house, offering every modern comfort while retaining its rustic charm. This holiday rental is nestled in a panoramic hillside location within a sprawling 21-hectare park that boasts stunning views of the historic town of Allerona, Italy. The manor house is surrounded by tranquil trees, lush meadows, and picturesque fields, providing a serene and idyllic setting for your vacation. Indulge in the luxury of a private swimming pool, beautifully landscaped yard, high-speed Internet Wifi, ample parking facilities, and the convenience of an installment plan for your accommodation.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the property's 20,000 square meter shared park, where you can bask in the sun, enjoy picnics, or simply relax amidst the verdant surroundings. Take a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool, measuring 7 x 14 meters with a depth ranging from 100 to 200 cm, available from April 7th to October 31st. The pool area is equipped with a shower/WC facility, a table tennis setup, a shaded pergola, and a children's playground, ensuring fun-filled days for guests of all ages.  
  
Other Information  
For your convenience, the property offers shared access to a washing machine and bicycles (4 adult and 2 children's bicycles). Heating is available from November 1st to April 15th upon request. Please note that motor access to the property is via an unmade road, and a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas. The owner resides within the same residence, and additional accommodations can be booked if needed.

The second double bedroom also has a shower, bidet, WC, and satellite TV (flat screen), with an exit to the garden. The third room accommodates two beds and has a shower and WC. The kitchen/living area is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher, with a dining table and access to the garden.
