My husband and I, our three adult children, and family dog spent an amazing week at this lovely home/property. We loved the peaceful seclusion, but also that it was a scenic short drive to Estes Park. The home is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The large kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. Basement has fun games, but we spent all of our time outside on the deck with its amazing view and hummingbird visits. Enjoyed coffee each morning on the deck, sat in the hot tub and around the fire pit each night. The deck was definitely our favorite spot along with the peace and beauty of the surroundings. The house was perfect for us. Clean with a great layout. The porch was perfect for our morning coffee and evening tea. So many great things to do close by. Location is great to feel like you're away from the hustle & bustle of Estes Park, but it was only a short 20 min drive to reach Estes or Lyons for shopping/eating. House is only 1/4 mile from an entrance to Roosevelt National Forest, for hiking and adventures. Can't say enough great things about the property owners, they were helpful, communicative and always were quick to respond. ##### Jennifer C.
