It is not luxurious but tranquil, clean and has all you need with great charm. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a well equipped kitchen and a loft where you can enjoy your dinners.

Located in the hills of rich history and authentic Portuguese culture this place is truly a hidden treasure. Guests will fall in love with the rustic village atmosphere, as well as quick access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Casa Aljezur brings the best of both worlds - allowing travelers to be able to enjoy activities in town, museums, hikes, surfing, social gatherings, etc. and retreat back to a comfy, adorable place to rest.  
  
Casa Aljezur's guests walk to the municipal market (a 5-minute downhill stroll) for the best local fresh fish and products, or just to enjoy the atmosphere. On their way through the narrow old streets they pass the municipal museum, the original village church, and they cross the road that leads to the old moorish castle.  
  
In the opposite direction, the street takes you to the road leading along the creek to Amoreira beach, one of the most beautiful in the region, with a small river running all the way to the ocean, a sandy beach with dunes and a rocky beach area with natural pools packed with ocean life.  
  
The area has grown very popular with hikers, thanks to the Vicentina Route and the famous fishermen trail, which you can join easily from Aljezur.  
  
\## Transit  
  
You are 5 min walk from the town centre with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and tourist office and bus stop from where every days 2x a bus goes to Lisboa (only 17 euro) and more frequent busses to Lagos etc.  
  
To explore the area you can either hike one of the trails, use a mountainbike to get around or drive around by car to see even more.

Von der Terasse der Wohnung hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Man kann dort zum Essen sehr schön sitzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Man kann nicht direkt bei der Wohnung parken, da diese am Hang liegt. Aber zwei Straßen weiter hat man immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Straßen sind ziemlich eng.

All went well, even on short notice. Few Minor issues with installations, and unfortunately wiindows only on one side of the house - some additional light for the rooms towards the back would benefit living there, in particular when the weather is bad.

#### Lovely Cottage

The cottage was very nice and clean, unfortunately there is not so much light in the rooms as it seemed from the pictures. We had a lovely week staying there. Everything was well equipped lots of space for stuff you can bring. You might need to walk a bit to the house because the roads are quite steep.

#### Beautiful Stay in Aljezur

It was a very nice stay in the apartment. The apartment is located directly on the mountain in Aljezur. It has a nice outdoor area where you can also eat. The kitchen is well equipped. When the weather is not so good, you can watch a movie on the Smart TV in the evening. Eve was always available as hostess and even left us a little guide :) The only drawback for us was the shower, which unfortunately didn't always have hot water. The boiler sometimes doesn't seem to start.

This accomodation is cute and spacious inside, it has a great kitchen and peaceful vibe. The views from the picnic table outside are wonderful. The parking at the top can be tricky, but ypu can park at the bottom and walk up too.

A casa encontra-se numa zona muito gira de Aljezur. No entanto o acesso (conforme descrito no anúncio online) é complicado e o estacionamento muito difícil. A casa é simples mas está limpa e bem decorada. Os lençóis e fronhas da cama deviam ser substituídos por uns novos.
