The ground floor boasts an entrance hall with a staircase, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, dining area, TV room, double bedroom, family bathroom, and double bedroom. As you make your way to the first floor, take in the large landing with sea views and access to a terrace with ocean views. The master bedroom is double aspect and has an ensuite with access to the patio and a private balcony with a garden view. The remaining bedrooms also have an ensuite and private balcony with ocean views.  
  
Outside, the property features a saltwater swimming pool, covered and first-floor terraces, a mature, fully fenced garden, a Pétanque boules court, a driveway, and a garage with a laundry area. Experience luxury living at its finest at Casa Da Bauhinia Vale da Telha.

Located on the western coast of the Algarve and nestled within the Vicentina Natural Park, Vale da Telha is a sought-after destination for young families, surfers, and nature lovers alike. The area is popular due to its unspoiled rugged coastline, clean beaches, temperate weather, and natural environment. The beaches of Arrifana and Monte Clerigo are 5-10 minutes by car. The area offers an array of restaurants, cafes, and two mini-supermarkets on its doorstep. The town of Aljezur is 10 minutes by car and has everything for daily living.  
  
\## Transit  
  
From Faro Airport, it takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale de Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.
