It is a beautiful property with stunning water and marina views. The room was large, well appointed with a huge balcony. The resort has a great deal of art which is well placed and pleasing. The linens and mattress were excellent and you'll get a great night's sleep. The staff seem so proud of their island and I experienced some exemplary customer service especially from (names I can remember): Mariah, Alfred the bartender, Biggs, Will at the beach restaurant, Jasmine at luggage hold and Daniel on the tram. The hotel takes you seamlessly from the lobby to the boat terminal, and also to the expansive Resorts world beach, where all the chairs/umbrellas are free of charge. Great holiday getaway. The management there really seems to be on point and they whole place seems like a big family. I flew over on Tropic Ocean Airways from Fort Lauderdale, and the flight was only about 25–30 minutes — smooth, quick, and scenic. Hotel & Room: To be honest, my expectations were low at first. From past experiences, service in the islands tends to move at a slower pace, but I was pleasantly surprised. The resort itself is well maintained, modern, and much nicer than expected. I stayed in a basic room, nothing fancy, but it was spacious, clean, and quiet — perfect for unwinding. My room faced east, so I had a great view of the sunrise each morning. The bed was comfortable, linens were fresh, and I appreciated the beach towels and coffee maker (even though it worked only halfway). Since it was just me, I had more than enough space to relax and recharge. Amenities & Dining: The resort has a small convenience store, two restaurants, and a sushi bar — which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The sushi was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. We over-ordered thinking the servings would be small, but the food was plentiful and reasonably priced. The resort was preparing for the storm which meant closing a lot of areas. We lost power one night for about 3 hours. We didn’t have water for about an hour the last morning at the resort. You must know what’s included in your stay. Don’t look at videos on insta and plan, that’s what I did, and then found out the hotel which is bimini world, has the most beautiful beach (beach 360) a must visit, then the infinity pool (written in very small letters) but find it and go for the sunset. The food around the town is good but even Hemingway at the Hilton wasn’t bad. The lobby bar had good pizza and the fries were fresh. The pool bar was nice too.. watch out for the happy hour. It will certainly make a difference. If you would like to tip, don’t include it on the bill, just carry some cash and tip. The staff can be rude but guess that’s in the air here, don’t accept happy smiley faces just enjoy your views. ##### Mital Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2024 ### 6/10 Okay #### Carlos Jul 8, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Property conditions & facilities The property is in a bit of disrepair. Hallways are very hot and muggy and the rooms take very long to cool. A friend of ours room AC broke and no one was able to fix it and had to sleep at 74 all night Fahrenheit. The restaurants are not well stocked nor prepared and almost everything on the menu is not available. The wait time around the property is unbearable. They really need to completely replace management from the top down. This hotel is super rundown. The dining service was horrible. All the food came cold and not done or prepare as we asked. The next day we went to have lunch in the pool and the lunch took over three hours to serve brought the food in correctly as well. I am very disappointed with this hotel and the service every time I go to Bimini to be quite honest we always want to skip the island and go to another one. The crowd is horrible very low and compared to many years ago however, it was a very nice quiet island. It’s the first image you see for the hotel. This is very misleading. The beach club is closed to hotel guests when the Virgin Cruise line is at port which was the whole time we were there. We were able to use the beach club for about 2 hours on our last day. Second complaint is dining options.Breakfast options are terrible. Expensive buffet or fattening starchy lobby bar stale pastries. Those are the two choices. Very disappointed in that. Service in dining room is very slow despite only having a couple of tables sat with guests. Food is very overpriced. We enjoyed the island and had a great time exploring it. But the hotel is a 3 star at best. They were changing names the weekend we were there from Hilton to Resort World, maybe with the new ownership they’ll revamp dining. ##### Andrew Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Danielle Apr 5, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities I read that the Hilton properties make up the majority of North Bimini, and you feel that here. It is virtually the only place to stay and while the hotel is nice you feel trapped. Also, you share the beach daily with either cruise guests or day trippers and you are not even allowed on the beach during some of the cruise dates. The food is mediocre, I recommend going to downtown for affordable fresh conch or seafood. And for the days that you are not allowed on the Hilton beach go to Radio beach (you will need to rent a golf cart). The rooms are okay, my shower didnt work right and we got a smaller room than I thought, but it was clean and the air conditioning worked well which is nice. My biggest gripe is that the pools, which are gorgeous, are FREEZING. There are 2 pools at the beach club, one rooftop and a lagoon pool, every single one was really cold. We went to the Big Game area one day so we could just swim in a pool that was even slightly heated. They overlook the busy, noisy street and ours overlooked the dumpster. Ocean view was very minimal. We were unable to use the Beach 360 club on a few of the days because the hotel was catering to the cruise line passengers. Everything was very expensive. I received an email several days prior to leaving offering an upgrade. Upon arrival, the staff had no indication of this and stated there were no upgrades. I asked again the next morning and was told to check back in an hour. Again there were no upgrades. We proceed to spend the afternoon at the rooftop pool which was nice but absolutely freezing and the hot tubs were not working. We left to get dressed for dinner only to get locked in our room as the door handle broke. The staff jumped on this immediately and gave us an upgrade that they all of a sudden had available. After that, the stay was nice and relaxing with a lagoon view room.
