A really fun place to stay, part massive hotel suite, part contemporary art exhibit you can live in for a while. Kitchen area was great with everything you need. Great central location. Easy access to seafront and the city.

Excellent Place

Fantastic value for the facilities and location. Warm welcome and generally a hassle free stay in a wonderful place. Great for kids with loads of room and a beach toy library for buckets and spades etc. situated in the very heart of the main drag but no noise issues.

Great spacious place in central alicante

Nice spot, rented the top 125 sqm flat. Nice for a family of four but can easily fit 6 ppl. Great location, easy check-in and out. Would stay there again.

What an absolute gem! Stayed here for 8 days would definitely come back again. Location is perfect for walking to the beach, the castle, restaurants galore and shopping. Staff was very polite, helpful, and considerate.

Loft apartment with terrace is a little quirky, access to terrace is only 1m high through windows. Terrace does not get sun in Dec/Jan. Good size and adequate facilities.

Pros: Location: Fantastic—you’ll never want to leave the neighborhood. Blackout curtains: So effective, they could make a vampire feel right at home. Double-glazed windows: Street noise? Never heard of it. Shower: This shower’s got more power than a superhero—hot water on demand, and a spray that’ll wake you right up. Cons: The fridge: The only thing that’ll interrupt your peaceful slumber. Consider it the property’s quirky and loud roommate. The lift: 6 out of 10 times, it just won’t work. If you’re feeling lucky, take the stairs—otherwise, you’re in for a surprise every time you press that button. Storage space: Despite the room being huge, there’s not much space to actually leave/store your stuff.

The staff were amazing, positive and helpful. The hotel were super! Plenty of room, a balcony, ventilation. And the location was super, right next to the town hall. No complaints on noise, smell or cleaniness.

Tomate Rooms were in an idea location to explore the surrounding area. We stayed in room 202 which was very clean and well kitted out. Kitchen facilities, dining, sleeping, and relaxing areas were well appointed and spacious. The room had lots of conveniences to make a stay in Alicante very good including hairdryer, iron and board, kettle, coffee maker, (dolce gusto style pods). For those with push chairs or wheelchairs there is a single step at the entrance to the building but once inside there were ramps or lifts to reach all but the top floor.

Great location, large room.

The rooms were ideally located in the Old quarter of Alicante. The room I had on 5th floor was huge and spotlessly clean. The issue for me was that the room was shaped like a triangle on its side with the bed at it's point and due to my height I kept banging my head on the ceiling, so on my next stay I would choose a room on a different floor. Unfortunately another guest at the hotel forgot the door code to get into the hotel but thought it was ok to randomly select me at 215am to get help so my night was not the best. On another stay I would take my door entry phone off the hook to avoid this happening again.

Esprit loft original

Séjour en famille avec 2 enfants, le loft est recommandé ! 70m2 avec une déco originale, 2 points d'améliorations : pourquoi ne pas avoir fait une salle de bain digne de ce nom ? Avec autant d'espace une vraie salle de bain avec de la place aurait été au top. Les baies vitrées donnent sur une rue passante piétonne et bondée de restos, l'isolation n'est pas suffisante, Ajoutez des fenêtres supplémentaires sur les anciens cadres pour doubler les baies vitrées donnant sur la terrasse; A part ces 2 sujets mineurs, tout est magifique ! La cuisine professionnelle en alu et la balancoire d'interieur font leur effet à l'ouverture de la porte.
