La Campinuela is a beautiful, rustic farmhouse "Sacre" with a 9x4m angular swimming pool (available year-round), a yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities. This two-story property, built in 2012, is surrounded by fields and offers a secluded, sunny position amidst the countryside, yet within proximity to nearby attractions and amenities. The vacation rental promises a memorable stay with its charming rustic ambiance and modern comforts.

The property boasts an inviting outdoor space, featuring a seasonal swimming pool with internal staircase, an outdoor shower, an arbour, and a barbecue area with a dedicated barbecue house. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining and relaxation in the fenced private property surrounded by scenic fields.

La Campinuela is conveniently located 6 km from the center of Coin, 20 km from Fuengirola, and 4.7 km from Alhaurín El Grande, Spain. It offers a peaceful retreat in the countryside while being within reach of essential amenities such as supermarkets (6 km), shopping centers (6.5 km), restaurants (2 km), bars (6 km), cafés (6 km), and a bus stop (5 km from "Alhaurin el Grande").

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room house that spans across 168 square meters on two levels. The comfortable and beautiful furnishings create a cozy atmosphere. The living/dining room boasts an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a digital TV. From here, you can access the patio. There are two rooms, each equipped with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. Another room features a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), a private shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The well-appointed kitchen comes with four hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing you with all the necessary amenities for your culinary needs. You can also step out onto the terrace from the kitchen. Additionally, there is a bath/bidet/WC and a separate shower/bidet/WC on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find another room with a French bed (200 cm, length 200 cm) and a private bath/bidet/WC.

During your vacation stay, you can enjoy a range of amenities to enhance your comfort and convenience. The property offers a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old, and a hair dryer.
