This cosy apartment in Alhaurín el Grande offers a modern and functional space for up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds and small balconies that provide privacy and comfort. Located on a second floor without a lift, it features a spacious and bright living-dining room, perfect for relaxing with family or in a group. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more, making meal preparation easy, although we invite you to discover the excellent local gastronomic offer.

Highlights its large interior terrace of 26 m², ideal for outdoor lunches with urban views framed by the majestic sierra. The location is perfect: a few metres from supermarkets, restaurants and public transport, with easy access to the Costa del Sol and inland Málaga thanks to excellent road communications. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, wifi, barbecue, washing machine, iron, fan and two televisions, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
