« Our scout group stayed at this property for a Haliburton event weekend. We had a fabulous time. Curtis is very responsive, and accomodated our extra guests. We will certainly consider renting again in the future! »

« It is a picturesque cottage with everything perfectly maintained. There was a great view of the lake and excellent lighting; and a forest behind the cottage. Foosball and air hockey tables in basement were great fun as was the hot tub which is on a large deck. Barbecue is conveniently near to sliding doors of cottage on a balcony. Bedrooms are spacious. Secluded, but only a brief drive to top grocery store and conveniences. »

« We stayed with a group of friends and our kids (6 adults, 4 kids). The cottage was clean and well equipped. It's on the Muskoka river and swimming off the dock was a highlight for everyone. « Wanted to get out of toronto for a few nights before the kids went back to school. Found" running water" and knew the kids would love it, especially because its water access , and we could use our boat to and from. Dorset is a great little town, everything you will need. Raven lake is clean, well marked out, great for a cruise, or tubing . »

« You won’t beat the price in this area and this house has ample room for large groups. However the condition is rundown and the amenities are average or in disrepair. We requested toilet paper, propane and the internet was inconsistent. »

« We loved the chicken/duck/goose coop down the road. We visited them every day, and the management even brought us some of their eggs on the first day. They also brought us a bundle of firewood to use. We had a campfire both nights. These things were unexpected, and very appreciated :) »

« Such a beautiful cottage nestled on an open waterfront property. Very quiet area gave a sense of peace and tranquility while appreciating nature. The large ceiling to floor windows overlooked the view of the lake and property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was large and clean. « The cabin was exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was superb. My husband and I stayed there for 8 nights in early May.
