Outstanding!
We have just returned home after a fantastic month at this apartment! It has been a wonderful month in a relaxing ‘home from home’. The view was one of the best in this complex, with everything you need to enjoy the outdoor patio (including binoculars for avid boat and dolphin spotting). The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, including cleaning equipment, plus many other items in the cupboards. This was definitely a huge plus! Claudio was an exceptional host, with lots of information, plus contacting me throughout our stay! I will definitely be returning!

Paradise in Olhos d'Aqua
Claudio is an amazing host, attentive and proactive. The condo defies description. The huge terrace overlooks the assoc. pool. You can watch the sun rise in the eat and set in the west. Centrally located in the Algarve, we drove the entire southern coast while stayinh there. The unit is equipped with everything you need. Love, love, love it!!

Fabulous Apartment
Wonderfully comfortable and well equipped apartment. Located a short distance from everything in the vicinity, the beach, shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach via the lift down through the carpark below. The balcony in particular is huge! Overlooking the apartment complex pool and sun terrace, the view from the apartment and the balcony is breath taking, with views of the sea and the beach. Communication from the host was first class. Would highly recommend and we were sorry to leave. Thank you Claudio!

Exactly what we needed
Having never been here I was attracted to the view advertised- it didn’t do it justice! We could not only see but hear the ocean, beach area and gorgeous scenery. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Like all rentals, some things were well used but all good. Claudio was wonderful to work with. Having a washing machine was great and things dried outside within hours. Would highly recommend.

Our 12th stay in apartment!
The headline says it all! This apartment is just perfect for a couple. It was spotless when we moved in and its facilities are extremely good. The owner is extremely attentive and helpful. The area offers what must be the best small beaches on the Algarve: Olhos d'Agua itself which still retains its fishing industry and small village atmosphere along the ocean front; Praia Maria Luisa; Praia Sta. Eulalia. All within easy walking distance, although there are 118 steps down to (and up from!) the ocean front in Olhos! No need to go any further, especially if you know most places within day driving distance already. Want to go further? Try walking the boardwalks across the dunes/wetlands in Alvor, or walking the promenade in Armação de Pêra - a gem of a resort. I could go on...

Tolle , fast zu große Terrasse, mit Blick auf das Meer und schöne Sonnenaufgänge. Die ruhige Lage und der kurze Weg zum Strand sind weitere Stärken der Wohnung. Schwachpunkt ist das dunkle Bad mit viel zu kleinem Spülstein. Aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der allerdings nicht vor Ort wohnt und das Einchecken per Schlüssel mit Code organisiert.

Amazing location & views
We had a lovely week here over Christmas, the apartment had everything you could possibly need, very clean with a huge balcony, great having breakfast outside every morning soaking up those amazing sea views. Communication from Claudio was excellent, would highly recommend.

This property has everything, It is situated on a quiet street so close to the beach and the many restaurants . The apartment is spotless and it has everything you could ever need on holiday. It has a wonderful view of the ocean that lulls you to sleep at night. I wanted for nothing. It also has a large pool area right under the balcony. A perfect choice.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderbar. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auf der großen Terrasse hat man eine herrlichen Meerblick. In der Tiefgarage mit Meerblick hat man immer seinen Parkplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder. Herr Monteiro ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank!

Fantastic apartment and host
We enjoyed an amazing 2 weeks stay at this apartment. Perfect for us as two adults. The terrace size and views are fantastic. The pool area was quiet and comfortable with plenty of beds and no nonsense booking beds with towels. The apartment is right next to the steps to the beach which are a joy to walk down with the views, and no need to walk back up as the residents lift takes you right back up from street level. The resort is so pretty, nice and quiet if that is what you are looking for. The apartment itself has the rare luxury of a sea view from every room, very comfortable bed, a full length mirror (why do so many apartments not have this!) and all the amenities you would want. I would definitely rebook this apartment if returning to Olhos De Agua. Claudio was great to deal with responding to all enquiries promptly and checking all was okay when we arrived. Very accommodating with early arrival and late check out.

Great location
Had a lovely stay here, such a lovely location with lovely view from the balcony, which is in the sun most of the time. The flat has all you need in a perfect little setting! Only one draw back from the whole week . The patio furniture was completely warn out and some unusable! But we still had the best time !!!!!!!

Locatie met enorm terras en geweldig uitzicht

Dream location
This apartment has my favourite view in the whole of the Algarve. I can spend hours simply staring from the well equipped and spacious terrace here. That View!
Excellent apartment very conveniently located for the beach, sea, local restaurants, bars and a large supermarket. No need for a car for a relaxing holiday, but if you do have one you are just a few mins from the N125 and right in the Central Algarve meaning that all the Algarve has to offer is within a short drive. All appliances and tv, WiFi etc worked well. Balcony is huge!

Great views and location
The property was just as described with a huge terrace and fantastic views of the ocean. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Several ways to get to the beach and bars and restaurants, either by going down the wooden stairs or on the road as you turn right out of the front of the building. Would recommend finding your way out of the car park as this cuts out most of the steps in the way back up! Most bars and restaurants open, even during COVID and felt very safe. Good choice with our favourites being Calheiros and Sleepy Donkey. Fratellis also good for pizza. Got a taxi to Villamoura one night but found that quite pricey at €20 each way. Best supermarket is Intermarche, follow the road around from Calheiros and you are on the main road. It’s about 300 metres if you turn left. Very well stocked if you plan to self cater. Still lots of atmosphere even without a travel corridor. Would love to return one day. Communication with the owner, Claudio, was excellent, very responsive.

This is a lovely apartment in a beautiful location and we recommend it highly. Claudio promptly responded to our queries from our first contact until the end of our stay. Sadly , 3 weeks prior to the end of our booking, Canada issued a directive for Canadians abroad to return home. This worldwide crisis will end and we look forward to returning to Olhos de Agua to once again enjoy the incredible beauty of Portugal.

Fantastic apartment - better than described and lovely views from all rooms.
Could not have asked for a better apartment or location for our stay which was a treat for my mums 80th birthday and the lift access down to the beach/restaurants was what attracted us to this particular property. In addition out the front (level with apartment) it is only a 5/6 min walk to a supermarket and the restaurants/shops on the 'top road' so best of both worlds. The facilities/kitchen items etc were better than average for an holiday let and the sofas and beds were comfortable too. Must mention the large soft towels a change from the usual 'handkerchief' size often the case abroad! Owner was excellent with all communications and kindly let us stay for a few hours longer on our last day which helped my elderly mother enormously with making the most of the last day and not having to live out of the car. Thank you for a great stay and we will certainly be back next year.

This is the best apartment we ever stayed in. Claudio was 100% perfect. He looked after us so well and even contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The balcony is massive with fabulous sea views. The resort of Olhos D'Agua is quiet with just enough bars, restaurants & shops. We ate in a different restaurant every night. The apartment has everything you need if you wish to cook at home. We are definately going to re-book with Claudio again next year.
