« Lorsque je suis arrivé le check-in n'était pas prêt (j'avais pourtant respecté l'horaire), je me suis donc installé au restaurant, on m'a donné la carte, personne n'est venu prendre ma commande. Un serveur est passé à proximité, je lui ai expliqué vouloir un perrier. Il m'a lancé quelques mots et est parti. Rien n'est arrivé sur la table en une heure de temps. Arrivé dans la chambre, les bouteilles du mini bar sont étalées sur le bureau et au sol. J'ai aussi trouvé une aiguille sur le...
