The staff was excellent very helpful and very kind. The air condition wasn’t working perfect, but they managed to make it work. I would say the only down thing was the carpet was very worn down the room needed to be updated. The location was right not very easy to get to buy car you have to go on on a one-way street

- The Staff is very friendly offered a welcome drink on arrival and explained everything during our waiting time for check-in. - The hotel is over priced in my opinion based on the location in a popular place. - Was very strange that the free Tea/Coffee tray is not refilled daily (with this price) and when i asked for one water bottle they told me i have to refill the whole tray for charge !!!! - the Hotel is very good located for shopping, near to sea BUT as mintioned OVER PRICED
