Relax with the family or a couple of friends at the Alex Bay Ranch! Just outside the village of Alexandria Bay, but not too close. Share a firepit, take a country walk right outside your front door, cook a steak outside, watch the stars and satellites. Then when you're ready take a 5 minute drive to go visit the sites and attractions of the Alex Bay and Thousands Islands area! You can use our place as your base for exploration, or just stay, no reason to even leave!

This is a toned down version of the larger Alex Bay Ranch house. There will be no other guests here and the hosts aren't resident. We shut off the back part of the house, leaving a 2 BR suite. Both bedrooms have king beds and TV's in them. You also have the full living room, dining room, breakfast nook with coffee bar and full kitchen. You also have exclusive access to the outside amenities including swimming pool and hot tub.

For sleeping, you have two bedrooms with king beds and TV's in them.

For cooking, you have a fully supplied indoor kitchen with everything you need to cook complete meals. You also have access to the outdoor cook area with a gas griddle cooktop and a gas grill.

For eating you have a full dining room with 8 -person table, and a breakfast nook coffee bar room with a 4-person table in a beautiful sunroom. And also 4 picnic tables spread through the property.

For play, you have exclusive access to our huge pool, as well as the hot tub. Also there's a firepit, basketball goal, cornhole set and huge yard to play in for your kids. Or even the adults to kick a ball around in.
