It is located 4 km from Alcudia beach, 3 km from the city of Alcudia, 4 km from the Erosky supermarket, 4 km from the Alcudia bus stop, 2 km from the Barcares- Es Clot rocky beach, 6 km from the Hidropark water park, 7 km from the Gran llac lake, 10 km from the Golf Club de Golf Alcanada, 11 km from the S'Albufera Natural Park, 65 km from Palma Airport and is located in an ideal area for children and rural. It has a spacious garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, outdoor oven, fireplace, griddle, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
