Villa Can Costa with its garden is a link between the old town of Alcudia and the interior of Mallorca. A perfectly designed holiday home on two floors with luxury furniture. As soon as you enter, it impresses with its open spaces, which are distributed as follows: a spacious and bright kitchen with a cooking island, a dining area, a living area and access to the terrace. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed of 160 cm and the other with two single beds of 90 cm each. Both rooms share a full bathroom and an independent toilet. Both rooms have access to the beautiful garden and the swimming pool. A modern steel staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a room with a double bed, a large balcony with sun loungers and a private bathroom. The outdoor area with its shaded and sunny terraces, barbecue and many corners to relax offers the perfect retreat with the family to recharge and regain strength. The private saltwater pool provides refreshment on hot summer days. It is worth noting that this property has a charging port for electric cars. Important notices In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old. Per day and person, from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.
