The house has a private pool and a large, sunny south-facing garden. Additionally, from the living area at the top of the exclusive tower, you will have wonderful panoramic views of the area and the countryside and hills. This 3-bedroom villa has several authentic features and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all rooms. A short private lane leads to Villa Ca na Lloreta's own parking area, with a path to the entrance. The combined living and dining area has plenty of seating near the television, including a pleasant built-in bench by the window, as well as an ornamental fireplace and a table and chairs. The living room is furnished in a traditional style, with a typical tiled floor and beamed ceilings, and has doors leading to the pool terrace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table, with access to the back of the property through the adjacent utility room. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. Villa Ca na Ca na Lloreta has a double bedroom with a private shower bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds sharing an independent shower bathroom. The 3 rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with ample storage space. From the bedroom with two single beds at the front of the villa, stairs lead to the best feature of Villa Ca na Lloreta: an exclusive living area at the top of a tower that has windows on all 4 sides, providing you with a magnificent 360° view of the complex. All rooms have the advantage of air conditioning/heating. Outdoors, Villa Ca na Lloreta has a private pool, with a large sunbathing terrace on one side and a large grassy garden on the other. The gardens are south-facing, ensuring a good amount of sun throughout the day, but trees provide plenty of shade if you need a break from the heat. The outdoor patio of the living room is also covered, creating a comfortable outdoor dining space, complemented by the brick barbecue located on the other side of the garden. Villa Ca na Lloreta can accommodate up to 6 people. (Free travel cots and high chairs are available upon request). Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Tourist tax is included in the price. Information to be noted: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. We had a few issues with ants in the kitchen when we arrived, mosquitoes in the bedroom, and the drains to the main bathroom smelled so bad we shut the door and used the en-suite the whole week. Bed was comfy enough, air con was switched off and couldn’t get it on so was a little warm at times. The tower was cool. Area great for getting to the beach but was very quiet and very dark after sunset so we didn’t go wandering. Pool not heated and a bit cold in October but to be expected and can’t be marked down for that. Check in was easy. Check out easy too. Aware I could have raised the issues with the ants and the drains but we just got some insect spray and dealt with it. The welcome packs were handy and appreciated. ##### Jack M. Die Fenster sind jedoch recht in die Jahre gekommen, Fliegengitter teilweise kaputt, in dem einen Badezimmer stinkt es leider unangenehm (wahrscheinlich aus Abfluss) wenn Fenster geschlossen ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist teilweise etwas dürftig, es fehlen so einige Basics, von Topflappen über ausreichend Küchenutensilien bis hin zu Salz-/Pfefferstreuern. Aber der Service vor Ort ist super, wenn man eine Mail schreibt, dass etwas fehlt oder zu wenig von etwas vorhanden ist, wird es in kürzester Zeit gebracht. Jun 27, 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location #### Wirklich alte Villa Ja was soll man sagen. Muss hier mal was dazu schreiben. Wir als Familie mieten seit 20 Jahren Finkas auf Mallorca. Immer im Juni. Diese hier war leider vom allgemein Zustand her die Schlechteste. Positiv: 1\. Die Lage war Topp.8 Minuten bis zum Strand 2\. Die Duschen sowie die Klimanlage funktionierten gut. Negativ: leider eine sehr alte Villa die in einem schlechten Allgemeinzustand ist. Aussenalage sehr ungepflegt. 1\. Der Zugang zur Villa funktioniert mit einem Zugangscode.Dann geht das Tor auf, nur leider auch sehr schnell wieder zu.Es gibt keine Funkbedienung. 2\. Der Laufweg zur Villa ist nicht Beleuchtet.Achtung Stolpergefahr.Man sieht fast nichts. 3\. Leider sehr viele Ameisen im Aussenbereich.Die Terassenplatten sind sehr alt und liegen nicht sauber nebeneinander.Für Kinder geht das überhaupt nicht.Gefahr von Zehnbrüchen. 4\. Alter Aussentisch und alte Stühle. 5\. Die Liegen waren OK , die Schirme Schrott. 6\. Der Innenbereich ist sehr alt. 7.Teilweise gehen die Küchengeräte nicht.Backofen defekt.Kaffemaschine muss erneuert werden. Zu wenig Küchengeschirr. 8.Betten gehen so. Sind unserer Meinung zu hart. 9\. Das Haus ist sehr dunkel.Da es nur kleine Fenster hat. Aber gut ist halt so. 10.Sauber war das Haus zwar aber leider Muffiger Geruch.Ist dem alter des Hauses geschuldet. Abschluss: Trotz der Guten Lage ist unserer Meinung das Haus nicht zu empfehlen.Für Familien mit kleinen Kinder geht das gar nicht. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden.
