On one side, the superb view of Cabo de Formentor and part of the Bay of Pollensa. On the other side and very close (only 2 km.) The luminous Bay of Alcudia.But undoubtedly, the jewel of this villa are the exterior. The house is surrounded by several terraces at different heights, surrounded by a wild nature perfectly integrated with the house.At the entrance of the house we have the first zone of outdoor sofas. There is a porch that gives a very cool shade for the outdoor dining room, always with the presence of the turquoise sea of ​​the Bay of Alcudia.There next we have a second zone of white braided sofas, under the natural shade of the trees and next to a beautiful garden with swings and hammocks.At the same time we find the pool of 8 x 4 meters of a particular dark background and overlooking the Cabo de Formentor.
