The coquettish apartment is located on the first floor of a fenced housing development with four units. Spend a lazy afternoon in the shared garden, where you’ll find twelve sun loungers where you can enjoy basking in the sun. The garden has direct access to the beach so you can take a refreshing bath whenever you want. Start your day with a lovely breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the soft, Mediterranean breeze.

Once inside you find a modern living room with satellite TV and AC. the kitchen has a gas stove and is equipped to comfortably cook during your vacation. If you want to enjoy your meals inside just take the table from the terrace. You will rest in two bedrooms with a closet each, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, air conditioning and an en-suite tub bathroom. There is a second shower bathroom for the rest fo the house. And there’s a shared laundry with washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Alcudia’s Bay is famous for its fine grained sand beach and the wide range of water sports. If you prefer a small beach with crystal clear waters, you may like the rocky Victoria’s Beach. The centre of Puerto de Alcúdia is nice for having dinner, accompanied by a few drinks. Besides, it’s a good place for grocery and clothes shopping. By boat, bicycle or car you can explore the most northern part of Mallorca, the lighthouse of Cap Formentor and take a few photos. The picturesque old town Alcúdia is recommendable on Sunday and Tuesday, as there is the market. Besides fruits and vegetables, they offer handrafts and knick knacks. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
