With a privileged location, it is just a five-minute walk—around 900 meters—from the white sandy beach and shallow waters that characterise this famous area of Mallorca. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living-dining room, bathed in natural light, with direct access to a private terrace offering relaxing mountain views. The terrace, equipped with an awning, is the perfect spot for outdoor breakfasts or simply unwinding after a day at the beach. The functional, fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the utensils needed to prepare delicious family meals. Next to the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, adding extra comfort to your stay. This apartment has three bedrooms, each designed to ensure guests' comfort. The master bedroom comes with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 metres), while the second bedroom is equipped with a single bed.
