Holiday Apartment PINE BEACH in Port d'Alcudia– a perfect property located just steps from the beautiful Alcudia Beach. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment areas, this apartment is ideal for a summer vacationin northern Mallorcawith family or friends.  
  
This vacation apartment in Alcudiaoffers 2 bedroomsand capacity for 4 people. With approximately 75 m², it is tastefully furnishedand modern. Recently renovated, it has two bedrooms, each with a double bed.  
  
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. The living room is bright and airy, perfect for enjoying the summer breeze, with a TV area, sofa, and indoor dining.  
  
Amenities include a barbecue, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), heating, air conditioningin the living room, and 3 fans. Outside, the terraceprovides the perfect spot for al fresco dining, ideal for breakfasts or candle-lit dinners with loved ones.  
  
Parking is available in front of the house.  
  
Alcudia Beachis famous for its white sandsand turquoise waters, stretching 12 km. In the Port of Alcudia, you will find the best seafoodand tapas restaurants, with views of the bay and a wide range of water sports. Additionally, the area offers vibrant nightlifewith a wide selection of barsand nightclubs.
