Recently renovated to the highest standard, beautifully furnished and air-conditioned, up to 8 people can sleep comfortably and in style in this villa. Thanks to its cosy interiors, and its beautifully furnished outdoor areas with a private pool, this villa will be the perfect base for unforgettable holidays. Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an adjacent dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a small laundry room. The kitchen and living room overlook the pool terrace, which also has a shaded dining area. An impressive staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom. The main bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and access to 2 terraces: one overlooking the pool and another with distant sea views. The other bedroom has two single beds (which can also be joined upon request) and a bathroom with a bathtub and access to the pool-facing balcony. The property has air conditioning (available at fixed hours between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am). On the exterior, the villa features spacious sunny terraces surrounding the property, as well as a generous private swimming pool. The swimming pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, as well as a very pleasant shaded area. Ultimately, a house for having a great experience. The Ecotax is included in the price. Information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). A well equipped, resources and clean property in a beautiful area of Bonaire. The harbour is just a short walk away (10min) as well as a small supermarket where you can pick up everyday essentials. There is a few local restaurants within walking distance, and the wonderful old town of Alcúdia is a 5 minute drive away- perfect for a mid afternoon stroll or evening meal. Fabulous pool area and very peaceful. We had a problem with the boiler (no hot water) and the service was excellent, issue fixed within a couple of hours. There are a couple of bars and a small mini market within five minutes walk, Alcudia old town is 20/25 minutes walk away. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Alcudia market was fantastic, it's on Sunday and Tuesday morning, well worth a visit! Auch die Betten waren bequem und neuwertig (ist mir persönlich sehr wichtig). Man kann drinnen und draußen sehr toll entspannen. Sehr ruhig gelegen unweit von Alcudia in Bonaire. Kleine Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist jedoch empfehlenswert, daher bei der Lage von uns einen Punkt Abzug. Dennoch klare Weiterempfehlung! ##### Malte U.
