During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys. – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation. Die Unterkunft ist eher billig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind hart wie Stein und man kann nicht darauf liegen. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert! Balkontür ging bei Ankunft nicht auf. Das ganze Haus ist extrem hellhörig! Täglich waren Bauarbeiten in der Anlage zu hören. Am Schlimmsten war jedoch die Kälte. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft völlig ausgekühlt. In der Beschreibung stand, dass sie über eine Heizung verfügt. Leider gab es nur eine im Wohn und Essraum, die insgesamt wenig Wärme brachte. Wir haben mit Pullover geschlafen und es war insgesamt so unzumutbar, so dass wir ins Hotel gezogen sind. Die Agentur Mallorca properties kam uns preislich nicht entgegen. Man wollte den Eigentümer nach einem Preisnachlass fragen und sich bei uns melden, was nie erfolgte. Auch eine zusätzliche E Mail unsererseits blieb unbeantwortet. So etwas würde es in Deutschland bei Beschwerden niemals geben. Unser Urlaub war leider insgesamt dadurch wenig erholsam und wir durften doppelt zahlen. Das Apartement kann unserer Meinung nach nicht in kaltem Monaten und zu diesem hohen Preis vermietet werden. Preis Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. ##### Bente P. Séjour de 7 nuits en mars 2022
