Die überdachte Terrasse bietet auch tagsüber genügend Sonnenschutz zum Draußen-Sitzen direkt am Pool, der rund um die Uhr genutzt werden kann (zu den Ruhezeiten natürlich leise). Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren unterstützen einen ruhigen Schlaf in den komfortablen Betten. Die Anlage wird täglich gepflegt, das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht incl. großem TV und WLAN. Zum Strand und zum Einkaufen sind es zu Fuß weniger als 10 Minuten, in 20 Minuten ist man im kleinen Ort Alcossebre, wo es abends die Möglichkeit zum Bummeln an der Strandpromenade oder zum Essen in den zahlreichen Restaurants gibt. Entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Angebot. Alles vorhanden von Toaster bis Mikrowellenherd, von Geschirrspüler bis Klimaanlage. Gute Betreuung vor Ort, auch kleines technisches Problem wurde nach kurzer Message an Vermieter binnen 1 Stunde behoben. Nur 500 m Fußweg zum gepflegten Sandstrand sowie zum nächsten Supermarkt. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne große Pool direkt am Haus gefallen, den wir von früh morgens bis spät abends nutzen könnten (ohne dass er überfüllt war), ebenso die überdachte Terrasse, wo wir essen und die warmen Spätsommer Abende genießen konnten. Einziger Minuspunkt: es gab nur spanisches TV, das konnte aber durch das kostenlose WLAN weitgehend ausgeglichen werden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, absolut empfehlenswert ! ##### Helmut T. Oct 30, 2018 #### Ruhiger Urlaub in schöner Atmosphäre Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und sie entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir jammern hier also auf hohem Niveau: Da wir am Ende der Saison die Wohnung gebucht hatten, gehe ich davon aus, dass jetzt im Anschluss kleinere nötige Reparaturen, wie zum Beispiel die Einstellung der Schranktüren in der Küche, durchgeführt werden. Das untere Bad ist mit der Dusche sehr gelungen, so dass wir die obere Dusche in der Badewanne nie genutzt hatten. Hier würde ich persönlich anfangen zu renovieren. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt und der Pool wurde mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. Die Strände sind in Gehweite, gepflegt und sehr angenehm. Der Ort Alcossebre ist jedoch im Oktober nicht zu empfehlen. Viele Geschäfte haben bereits geschlossen und entsprechend sind kaum noch Touristen anzutreffen. Wir lagen teilweise vereinsamt am Strand. Het appartement heeft 3 slaapkamers, voor ons gezin 4 volwassenen en 1 kind was dit ruim voldoende. het appartement ligt in een woonblok met 4 zwembaden. De zee, met mooi zandstrand, bevind zich op een paar honderd meter afstand, dus de makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Piscine rien que pour nous et calme au rendez vous. Alcossebre a encore quelques commerces d'ouvert jusqu'à fin Octobre, début Novembre quelques uns ferment. La casa es muy cómoda y los muebles no son los típicos de apartamento de playa. Esta muy mona. Es ideal para ir con niños, los estás viendo en la piscina todo el rato desde la terraza de la casa mientras lees un libro o te tomas un café. Aug 16, 2017 #### Vacances parfaites Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Alcossèbre dans la maison d'Ismaël. Tout était parfait : maison très propre à notre arrivée, lits faits, maison spacieuse, confortable et très fonctionnelle. L'accès à la piscine était parfait, les espaces verts sont très bien entretenus. Accès à la plage facile et direct à pied. Bref, je recommande cette location pour vos prochains séjour en Espagne.
