"Hotel Estepona Plaza was an excellent place to stay. Located right on the main plaza, it’s just a short walk from Playa La Rada beach. Being so central also meant there were plenty of great restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes away. We visited during the World Cup, so there was a brilliant atmosphere with all the action right on our doorstep.
As you’d expect from such a central location, there was a little street noise after the late kick-offs, but it didn’t bother us and simply added to the lively atmosphere. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of Estepona bus station, which was ideal as we arrived by bus and used it for day trips.
The hotel is stylish, modern and beautifully presented. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. We loved the Juliet balconies, the large walk-in shower, and the mini fridge, which was restocked daily with complimentary water and beer. We also visited during a Spanish heatwave, so the powerful, easy-to-use air conditioning was a huge plus. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay.
We also paid for breakfast, which was well worth it. There was a great selection of fresh food, which was regularly replenished throughout the morning. Our favourite part was sitting outside in the plaza for breakfast, surrounded by the hotel’s beautiful potted plants. It was a lovely way to start the day, and the breakfast was so filling that we often skipped lunch. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend!"
