Property Summary  
Quinta de Santa Emilia is a very beautiful country house that has been renovated in 2021. This holiday rental offers a shared property of 37 hectares with a lawn, sunbathing lawn, natural pond, and an angular swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, available seasonally from January 1 to December 31). It also features a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and the option for an installment plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor amenities include an outdoor shower, terrace, and a shared swimming pool. The property boasts a vast 37-hectare area with a lawn for sunbathing, a natural pond, and a surrounding wooded area. Guests can enjoy the serene countryside ambiance while staying at this vacation rental.  
  
Other Information  
The house comprises a lounge area, a billiard table, and a playroom. There is a shared washing machine available for guests' convenience. Motor access to the property is via a 3 km unmade road, and parking is available on the premises. The nearest supermarket is 16 km away, while a shopping center is situated 40 km from the property. For dining options, a restaurant is located 7 km away. Please note that the owner resides on the same property and does not accept youth groups.

Nearby attractions include Alcácer do Sal (15 km), Setúbal (40 km), and the Lisboa Airport (80 km). The sandy beach "Comporta" is approximately 44 km away from the property. Unit Layout  
You will find a cozy and modern 4-room house spanning 103 square meters on the ground floor. The living/dining room measures 30 square meters and features an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. There is one large room of 30 square meters with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, bath/shower, and double hand-basin. Another room of 12 square meters has a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), while the third large room of 22 square meters has three beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Krups capsules.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house comes with a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, barbecue area, dishwasher, open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, heating (though not available in all rooms), microwave, and television. The maximum capacity is 7 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
You can enjoy your stay on the 24 square meter terrace or the roofed 30 square meter terrace, both equipped with terrace furniture and a barbecue area. Additional facilities include an iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. The property offers free WiFi internet access.
