Ideally located near downtown, with easy freeway access, close to the Balloon Fiesta, wineries, golf courses, and a short drive to Santa Fe. This home is the perfect getaway retreat! My neighbors will notify me immediately if there are any parties or violations, and if that happens, you will be required to leave without a refund.
