The house was very spacious, allowing each of us to have our own room and bathroom, as well as a place to retreat. We mostly ate out, but on the few occasions we cooked, the kitchen had everything we needed. We were also treated to coffee and cookies in the kitchen when we arrived. The outdoor spaces were also incredible. We enjoyed eating outside under the umbrella in the Southwest's delightful climate, and snoozing in the hammock. Instructions were clear and not complicated. Communication with hosts was fantastic. This really was an ideal experience for us. Next family trip to Albuquerque, we will definitely look up this property again. ##### Orit N. The house is in a neighborhood but close to shopping and the airport. It was about a 15-20 min drive to the festival.... without traffic. Jody kindly let us check in a few hours earlier so we could drop off our bags and figure out what food we wanted to buy. She nicely provided great ground coffee and cream in the refrigerator along with cookies. The house was perfect for us, clean and spacious. We took advantage of the pull out couch in one room and the futon in the living room so we all had our own beds ( and essentially rooms ) to sleep in. There are 2 nice areas to sit outside which I wish we took more advantage of. But our days were busy so we just enjoyed the lovely living room to hang out in and catch up. They also had 4 folding chairs in the living room we took advantage of, bringing them with us to the festival to sit on. We added one so now there are 5! In all great house and great location.
