Such a cute little place to stay within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Nob Hill. We were there for the Balloon Fiesta and this served as a great home base for us.

Easy cozy private apartment

This was my second time staying in this neighborhood for a family visit to Albuquerque. The apartment had everything I needed. The finishes are not high end but in a way that makes it easy to settle in and be comfortable. It was no problem to share the courtyard with the other two apartments. Hot tub use was easy and felt amazing after walking to the grocery store!

My husband and I had a great stay at this little casita. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable. There are little touches like the artwork (love the bears in the bathtubs) that provide a homey atmosphere. There are cooking utensils, basic condiments, nice appliances, an outdoor grill and even a working ice maker (as well as ice cube trays). The bed was wonderful, the space was very clean, and the area felt safe. There's a trundle bed that would be perfect for a family with small children. Within walking distance to the Isotopes stadium, a brewpub, and cafes, and easy drives to museums, Petroglyph NM and other attractions. Also, Taryn and her team checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to ship an item my husband had left behind. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again.

Good value.

Basically every thing was as advertised. It is well equipped and comfortable. The only downside was the neighbor's two barking dogs. They barked from morning to night Property manager was very responsive.

Great place

Great place, convenient to all in the campus, Nob Hill area. Was happy with everything. We were out and about all day, everyday so this was a great place to come home to after a long day. My only observation is that the television use could be easier, too many boxes and hard to find just regular old network tv.

Great location

Property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and fresh paint. Many large cobwebs in bedroom. There is a bed in the living room. Baseboards and caulking are grimy with years of built up dirt. Furniture is old toss-aways. Kitchen chairs are awkward and roll out from under you when you sit. They are too big for the tiny eating area with barely space for two. The chairs are also very low so you are sitting with the table at your upper chest. Items like Soap, towels, and area rugs are very cheap. Super ugly art on walls that are hung without any sense if style. Main burner on stove doesn’t work. Pots and pans are very old, dishes don’t match, cheap silverware. Yard is excellent for hanging out and entertaining and location is this property’s saving grace.

First Visit to ABQ

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It met our needs as we attended the Balloon Fiesta and as well Olde Town and Route 66. It was nice to have a comfortable home base to relax. I had need to contact the property team a couple of times and they were quick to respond and were very helpful.

Loved this property

Property was as presented. Close to many of the things to see and do in the area. Everything we needed was provided including coffee. The property was comfortable and inviting. Beautiful outside area The inside was comfortable and met our needs. Was exactly as presented. Pretty neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay. Will book again when we return to visit.

If you have to stay in ABQ, this is the place

I am not a fan of ABQ as most lodging are chain hotel all near the freeways. We needed a really quiet place in an area that felt safe. This place fit the bill perfectly. It was very, very clean and well-stocked with all the little things you need. It was around 100 degrees and the AC was so welcome. It is also huge with some beautiful pieces of furniture.

Great place!

We highly recommend this place! It was comfortable, clean and tidy, attractive, in a nice neighborhood, and close to shopping and good restaurants. It is an ‘older’ apartment sort of space where the host clearly puts a lot of thought and care into making it a perfect get away spot. Keeping this on our list!
