We had been on the road for 4 hours and I could not access the VRBO upon arrival until I spoke with a VRBO rep and they contacted the host. I am grateful that there was a covered patio area to wait for access, as it took about 30 minutes and it was a very HOT day. The unit is nice and clean as mentioned in other reviews. The owner, Emily is on premise all the time, and also responses promptly when messaging. Love the location and it is within walking distance to the Sawmill market. We also enjoyed the cappuccino, smoothie and sandwiches from their cafe. Literally, just walk out the door. It was exceptionally clean, especially for a historic building, down to the smallest details. The decor includes original art, indigenous artifacts, and fun elements on the walls themselves. The beds were very comfortable and I slept quite well. The owner is nearby, friendly and an all around great person.If I return to Albuquerque, I will definitely stay here again. You can't go wrong chossing this property. There is a sister guest cttage next to it that she was listing soon if you need more beds than this one has. ##### Shelley B.
