It was exceptionally clean, especially for a historic building, down to the smallest details. The decor includes original art, indigenous artifacts, and fun elements on the walls themselves. The beds were very comfortable and I slept quite well. The owner is nearby, friendly and an all around great person.If I return to Albuquerque, I will definitely stay here again. I enjoyed having our own little Casita with no neighbors on top of us and a private patio area plus parking. The beds are uncomfortable and really should be upgraded to make it an excellent stay. It was a little frustrating that I didn't receive an email with the door entry code. We had been on the road for 4 hours and I could not access the VRBO upon arrival until I spoke with a VRBO rep and they contacted the host. I am grateful that there was a covered patio area to wait for access, as it took about 30 minutes and it was a very HOT day.
