The location offers quick access to a stunning park and playground, as well as the highway and local grocery stores. The airport and balloon fiesta are also only a 20-minute drive away. This rental property consists of two entirely separate homes connected by a garage: a front home of 3,700 sq. ft. where the owner resides and a back home of 3,200 sq. ft. with magnificent mountain views.
