This remarkable vacation rental, which has been featured in several episodes of "Better Call Saul," boasts a serene and secure neighborhood complete with sidewalks and lush green grass - a rarity in Albuquerque. The location offers quick access to a stunning park and playground, as well as the highway and local grocery stores. The airport and balloon fiesta are also only a 20-minute drive away.

This rental property consists of two entirely separate homes connected by a garage: a front home of 3,700 sq. ft. where the owner resides and a back home of 3,200 sq. ft. with magnificent mountain views. Guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay. The back home was initially built by the owner's parents as a retirement home, with custom luxury finishes and thoughtful features for aging in place, such as an elevator, wheelchair-accessible shower in the master bathroom, and wide hallways and doorways.

Each home has its own exclusive backyard, with the back home's outdoor space showcasing a basketball goal, a hammock, a water feature that can be operated from the office, and gates leading to open space with hiking and biking trails. The balcony of the back home provides a stunning view of the owner's yard, which includes a sunken trampoline and a four-person hot tub. In the evening, the balcony is illuminated with rope lights and landscape lighting, making it an ideal spot to relish the natural beauty surrounding the rental.

Guests can enter the back home using a smart lock with their individualized code and can take the elevator or stairs to the main living areas. Upstairs, there are two cozy king bedrooms, each with a connected bathroom, heated floors, and mountain views. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are spacious and open, with an abundance of natural light and impressive views. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and heated floors. The living room features two leather couches, a gas fireplace, and a Samsung smart TV with Xfinity cable.

The lower level includes a game room with a pool table, grand piano, drum set, guitar, smart TV with Xfinity cable, PS2 gaming system, DVD player, and a sliding glass door that leads out to the basketball court.

Loved the house and the property

The house and the property are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Hot tub was ready on arrival! Beautiful views of the Sandia mountains literally in the backyard. The host Jill was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a high end property in the best location!
