Do not recommend this property. 3 trips. From room door to lobby to get key card to work. Again next morning same . Desk said “shake the dirt handle up down they are old ! Breakfast don’t even try. Go to McDonalds it’s close to hotel. Worst stay on our trip. Sorry for this review but others need to know.

The place is not worth $150/night. The breakfast is a joke and the staff are not customer service oriented. Never stay at La Quinta again.

This was awful. They put us in a room with a bathroom sink and floor full of sewage at first.There was no AC running on the 3rd floor where we stayed. The carpets and elevators were filthy. We will never stay in a La Quinta again.

We had a good check in but breakfast was not good! When we arrived there was no hot food at all. The attendant said things were coming. The only thing that came out was the sausage patties which were not very well cooked. The eggs never came. The potatoes finally arrived. But if you need protein you were out of luck. For $177.00 for the night it was not worth it. We come through there twice a year and have stayed at a different La Quinta- this one was a disappointment.

All the transient population out front as you drive in and the police do nothing to get them out of there. Terrible and you feel very on edge.

I booked this property for my wife, daughter and mother in law, while they traveled to Arizona. I chose the property for it's reasonable ratings, price and location. My wife called me after check in and said the air conditioning wouldn't shut off. They were moved to another room and the couch/room was dirty and there was no top sheet on the pull out bed. Need to do better guys!

Homeless people every where. Elavator was out of inspection. Hot tub was full of dirt. Door handle looked like the room was broken into.

This is a hotel and area to avoid. Rampant with theft in the area and this hotel is dirty and unkept. Breakfast is gross. Avoid this location.

I really enjoyed the stay that i booked a second night. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, the room impressed me how clean and spacious it was. Bug shout out to steve though. He was cool. Definitely staying again in the future.

There was always someone in the hallway, cleaning crew yelling and fire alarm randomly going off. Outside there is a lot of homeless/random people. Seams like police is called out there a lot.

Our room carpet and drapery had all kind os stains. The room had a very strong smoking smell even though the whole property was supposed to be a non-smoking property. And thr front desk did not really care that we mentioned these issues and all they said was we will look into it.

We booked a room with a king bed and pull out couch for our 2 kids. However, it was not a pull out couch… it was a love seat with a single mattress. We were not able to fit so we requested a roll out bed as there were no other rooms available. It was a folded up mattress that had stains all over it. We ended up leaving and going to another place to stay the night. Also, the staff was not very understanding of the situation stating “we gave you the room you booked”. Well yes, but it wasn’t what was advertised…4 people could not stay in that room.

Avoid this unless it’s your last resort
Very dated hotel. Stained carpeting and our room reeked of cigarettes even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. Didn’t realize we were in a big homeless area til the following morning with the police ordering them to take down their tents and blankets. Breakfast was the usual “free breakfast” fare but worse. Scrambled eggs tasted as if the shells were crushed into the mix. Some of the staff were feeding people we saw out walking with the population in the tents when we left. Hotel is NEXT to the interstate, not just near it. Another lady on staff brought her dog in with her to one of the back rooms. I will admit, I did NOT do my normal research on this. If I had, I would’ve avoided it. The bed was hard and sheets scratchy.

If you like cold showers, this is the place.
The shower was luke warm at best. And I hate cold showers. Otherwise the room was ok. Aging fast.
