The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Suggestions for improvement are: the sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible to comfortably sit or lay down. The entrance to the driveway in the back of the house is extremely narrow, so a big SUV may barely fit through it. The neighborhood is OK, but not safe to walk around that at night. The house was extremely clean. The bag was comfortable. The hot water in the shower was excellent. If you are planning to stay here and you are in a rental car, make sure you are in a small or compact car otherwise you may not fit through the driveway. It is extremely tight to exit or enter the rear driveway because it is very narrow. Be careful not to scrape the sides of your car. ##### John C. He ended up getting a new booking that overlapped with mine but arrived a day earlier, so I was booted from the property, with no other VRBO’s available to book for the duration of my stay. We didn’t cook but appreciated the coffee/coffee maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer! Property was clean and owner friendly! Great little park to walk at nearby and good restaurants in nearby Nob Hill. Comfy bed, could have used more bath towels and please invest in a new sofa and barstools for kitchen. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and close to UNM. It’s in a safe, super cute historic neighborhood with a beautiful park near by to walk in. Took my dog for multiple walks, sometimes at night, and always felt safe. I will definitely be booking again when I visit my daughter! ##### Keri S.
