Very cute, clean, safe & close to UNM
Stayed here while dropping my daughter off for her 1st year at UNM and it was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and close to UNM. It’s in a safe, super cute historic neighborhood with a beautiful park near by to walk in. Took my dog for multiple walks, sometimes at night, and always felt safe. I will definitely be booking again when I visit my daughter!

Location close to university
The home is not too far from the University which made it perfect for our trip. Bed is comfortable. AC works great! The sofa was not very comfortable but that is really the only negative in this nice little home.

Really loves this little place so convenient to have a washer and dryer on hand. Very well equipped kitchen nothing you need missing from this place. It’s an easy walk to the hospital or the grocery store and restaurant on Central. This was a fabulous place And an especially good value. The host was very helpful and responsive at all times

It was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place.

OKC road trip
My boyfriend and I were making a two day trip to OKC and decided to stop in Albuquerque for the night. This place was very spacious and exactly as described. Nice and warm inside when we first arrived. Located in a good area not far off the highway and near food spots. The host was nice enough to let our two cats stay as well which is something we were worried about. We would definitely stay here again and for sure recommend to anyone visiting or stopping through Albuquerque! Thank you again!

I was staying for just a few nights while speaking at a Conference at UNM. Great little property very clean, comfortable and close to everything. Easy to get to campus and back. Thanks for a great stay.

Great apartment! Excellent location! Amazing host!
The apartment is really comfortable for two or three people, charming decoration, luminous, very quiet, and close to a beautiful park. The parking is excellent and having a garage was a real bonus. It's conveniently located to supermarkets but also good access to highways. TV and internet work well. Kitchen is well supplied. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. We did not have to buy cleaning supplies or some kitchen necessities. I appreciated having cooking spices! Communicating with Rajat was easy! He was very responsive and very helpful. We would like to thank once again his hospitality. If you are planning to visit Albuquerque, don't think it twice, book this apartment!

Nice little home. Would suggest having lit address numbers that can be easily seen for people arriving after the sun sets. This way house is more visible for correct address in the dark.
