Affordable, clean, comfortable and safe area. Neighbors out walking their dogs daily. Close to Nob Hill where there’s lots of restaurants and breweries. We would stay here again. They need to update their picture of the outside of home, much nicer with the upgrades they’ve made. Reason for 4 stars, is some of mini blinds need replaced. Owner is very easily accessible and helpful. The home is just as described, we arrived and the temperature in the home was 90 degrees and we travel with our English Bulldog who is extremely heat intolerant so we felt we could not cool the home in a timely manor to prevent him from overheating, the owner was very apologetic and extremely understanding of our situation. We will definitely stay at this property again under different circumstances on our part, as the home was perfectly located for the things we wanted to do in Albuquerque and it was in a very safe location. ##### Betty B.
