Owner is very easily accessible and helpful. The home is just as described, we arrived and the temperature in the home was 90 degrees and we travel with our English Bulldog who is extremely heat intolerant so we felt we could not cool the home in a timely manor to prevent him from overheating, the owner was very apologetic and extremely understanding of our situation.
