We have stayed in many types of lodging in Albuquerque including several at VRBO’s. This was by far the best because of the following: great neighborhood, super clean, comfortable bedding and completely stocked with anything you might need…exceptional! We enjoyed having our family for meals. Owners were easy to communicate with and genuinely wanted our stay to be “at home”…and it was. We look forward to booking again! ##### PAM H. The Boutique on Beryl was just right for our girls’ trip! We were in Albuquerque for the Great Balloon Chase half marathon. The house is charming and clean. When we first arrived, the batteries in the lock were dead and withing ten minute of reporting it, someone was out there to change the batteries and let us in the property. We felt very much at home. Everything was well thought out with every amenity like home and some luxuries like a hotel. The decor was whimsical and fun. Beds were very comfortable. All King beds with 2 bathrooms are hard to find. The home is very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Bring a mask if are a night owl as the rooms are bright and airy. We had hoped to see a peacock but maybe next time as this would definitely be our first choice if we return to the area. There were great touches that were very personal feeling. The coffee bar set up was amazing. The house was sparkling clean and well equipped if we wanted to cook a meal during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The house was welcoming. Check in was very easy and the check out requirements were very minimal compared to other rentals (this was a plus for an early morning departure). Communication with the Aidan was quick and easy. Responses were timely. I made a mistake on the reservation and it was fixed very quickly. This house was very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. It is an easy 5-10 minute drive to Old Town and the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. The house was within a 20 minute drive to the Sandia Mountain Peak Tramway and the Sandia Casino. I highly recommend this property. If I go back to Albuquerque I would stay here again. ##### Carie D.
