Back yard nice and had grill and seating with a fire box, and basketball hoop set up-Played horse Cornhole set ups ready. high Bar w/4 person seating. Nice size yard for my pets. Dogs paws not bothered by the rock landscape as the rocks were a nice size. House is nice and new tvs everywhere. Bathrooms nice. We turned the water heater down a couple notches as it was set at max. Everything was good and love being able to bring my dogs, take them out to parks or to mountains to hike , come back & relax and throw stuff to eat together not have to eat out every night. Only critique really was Kitchen could use some larger pans for cooking for 4 on entrees but had brought 2 of mine. Getting regular TV channels was a chore. We got on our Direct TV and Netflix.
