VILLA ALHABU

Villa Alhabu (from Arabic "alhabu" means - love) is the newest property of Dream Places. Able to accommodate 8 people. This is very quiet and perfect place for families with kids. It has private pool, BBQ and a lounge area, where you can play table tennis and table football. The swim pool can be fenced. There's a Doll house for your kids.Villa Alhabu is located around of the most wanted beach of Albufeira, such as Gale Beach, Salgados Beach, Evaristo Beach, Coelha Beach and Sao Rafael Beach.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.

This property has option of having a heated fenced pool by request.Both of options just by request. Normally heating is off and there are no fences. It has EXTRA COST of 250 euros per week.



DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.



A spiral staircase has been installed from the master bedroom - which is located on the 1st floor - which gives direct access to the swim, pool and BBQ area,



The villa has a room named 'dollhouse' where there is a wide range of dolls for all tastes. Your children can use and entertain themselves during their stay!



The pool now has a fence (which is removable) that protects and prevents your children from going to the pool without being watched by you!

IF YOU WANT US TO INSTALL THE SWIM POOL CHILDREN FENCE, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN TIME.



Our Guests have access to all the facilities and spaces that the villa offers.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
