Complètement rénové en 2022 il vous offre un confort moderne dans une résidence de tourisme typique ou vous trouverez une salle de jeux videos, billard, tennis, piscine pour grands et petits, superette, snack bar, animations, propositions d'excursions et meme un espace de travail et une bilbliothèque pour les plus studieux. Endroit ideal pour des vacances relaxantes ou un lieu de travail atypique avec fibre haut debit.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, its access is facilitated by lifts and free parking in the street.  
Access without any step possible, parking space for disable people.  
EV charger available 200m from here - Mobi.E Charging Station.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The Silchoro resort is only a few minutes walk from the Strip where you can enjoy walking along bars and clubs. You can enjoy a meal in one of the great restaurant or bar along your way. It is a great holiday destination for families and those who enjoy beautiful and peaceful area with all amenities on site : supermarket, snack bar, tennis court and of course wide pool facing south.  
  
Getting Around:  
Our complex has lots of free parking places. The Strip, new town, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, beauty salon, bars are all walking distance from the apartment. There is a city bus which running every 30 minutes to the old town (linha verde Bus stop named "Silchoro"). There is also has a taxi rank or you can use UBER. The taxi or uber cost to the old town is about 5 euros.
